Project Time Blocks

Service Description

We believe in transparency and clear communication. DME.media schedules work on projects in 3-hour chunks and schedules them to create optimum efficiency. We invite you to these work sessions in your calendar so that you can have a physical representation of the time and dedication in your calendar for reference. We encourage our clients to email us before these times with their requests for meetings, project changes or deliverables. Your project timeline, budget and scope of work are dictated by these time blocks where our team has reserved uninterrupted time to work on your project. We can have meetings at any time during those three hours, but we strongly suggest having meetings at the beginning or middle of those timeframes. This leaves us time to implement the things discussed immediately after our conversations. Additional meetings need to be scheduled during our regular meeting hours and should be submitted through our availability calendar.
